The Cardio Sculpt class is designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat, sculpt muscles, and improve balance and agility in one workout! The class uses hand weights, barbells, stability/medicine balls and resistance bands. Alternating aerobic intervals such as step, jump rope, kickbox, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals, gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow. Work out all of your major muscle groups in this fun class.

TAE KWON DO FOR KID


The objective of this course is to instill in a child, not only the skills of Tae Kwon Do, but - and more importantly - morality, discipline, respect, honesty, confidence, and self-esteem. A child will learn to achieve goals that may seem impossible. However, the discipline learned in these classes gives a child a clearer mind and an `I can do it` attitude.

Master Marcelino Amaro has been training for over 32 years and has achieved many black belts. He is a demanding teacher but makes his classes fun and safe. Kids love and respect him.

CYCLE TO BETTER HEALTH


Cycling is an endurance workout with intervals of various intensities to challenge the body. Class is performed on a stationary, fly wheel bike with an instructor. It is designed for both the beginner and advanced cyclers. The intensity of your ride is under your control. This allows you to exercise at your own maximum capacity.

AT BAYSHORE FITNESS IS A LIFESTYLE nOT A RESOLUTION

 

Bayshore Athletic Club, located in Braintree Ma, was established in 1994. Starting at 10,000sf, we have grown to nearly 50,000sf, larger than a football field, making it the largest gym in the area. The focus of the club from the beginning was and still remains to provide an environment that is completely unintimidating and comfortable for the beginner as well as the old pro and everyone in between. We provide never ending support to help members achieve a wide range of fitness goals. We are sincerely committed to the success of our members. Your success is our success.

 

We are located near the Braintree T stop just south of the South Shore Plaza. We are two minutes off RT 3, about fifteen minutes south of Boston. There is virtually unlimited parking at the door.

 

The vast quantity of equipment was carefully planned and laid out to support the most advanced and complicated workouts as well as basic programs and beginning work. There is so much duplication of equipment and variety of equipment that there is almost never a wait, even at peak times.

 

We offer a dynamic group fitness schedule that includes Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, a full range of Aerobic classes, as well as Boxing and Martial Arts. Babysitting hours coincide with class schedules. There are two cardio areas to get that heart rate up and that waist line down!

 

We are always happy to offer you a free week pass, for you and your friends, to see if Bayshore works for you.
