DESCRIPTION

This group fitness class is an endurance workout with intervals of various intensities to challenge the body. Class is performed on a stationary, fly wheel bike with an instructor. It is designed for both the beginners and advanced cyclers. The intensity of your ride is under your control. This allows all who participate to exercise at their own maximum capacity. You must sign up in person on the day of class.
