DESCRIPTION

This group fitness class is designed for the member who wants to burn fat and sculpt muscles. The class uses hand weights, barbells, stability/medicine balls and resistance bands. Alternating aerobic intervals such as step, jump rope, kickbox, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals, gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow. Work out all of your major muscle groups.
