Committing
to working out or just exercising regularly may seem difficult. It`s not!
Sticking to it is. We can help with this by designing a realistic program for
you - making it simple, attainable, unintimidating and fun. To help you stay
on track, we`ll monitor, consult and adjust your work until you`re
comfortable and self-confident. New memberships include three one-on-one
training sessions. We teach you what to do and how to do it, providing a
program card to track your progress.

is empowering! There will come a point when you know you`re in charge. You`ll
realize that you have the power to change your body, your fitness level and
your life. Feeling good is addictive. Your life will never be the same.
Bayshore
is the perfect place to embark on your journey. This club is laid out with
every fitness level in mind - and we have the space to do it in an
unintimidating way. We have members from sixteen to eighty, all - comfortably
- on the same journey.
Although
we are serious about fitness at Bayshore, it is also a fun place. Members
support each other. We have worked hard to create a friendly atmosphere that
is non-judgmental. This warmth starts at our front desk. In the first few
minutes, you`ll know you`re not in a typical gym. Our knowledgeable staff is
always available to guide you. We encourage you to use this support but it`s
never forced on you.
Group
Fitness classes are included free with every membership. Most classes are an
hour long allowing for an amazing workout in a short amount of time. There
are two studios for these classes and an additional room just for Cycle.
For
our members who have small children, babysitting is available. The schedule
coincides with our Group Fitness schedule.
Beginning
programs stress circuit training. The circuit equipment is placed at the
front of the gym, creating your own space away from the busier areas, to
pursue your fitness goals. You never feel like someone is right on top of you
in our 50,000 square foot facility.
Bayshore
is open from 5AM until 10PM on weekdays, 7 to 7 on Saturday and 8 to 6 on
Sunday. We are located right off the highway and away from the most congested
parts of Braintree. There is plenty of free parking.
If
you use the `T` to get to work, Bayshore is perfect for you. We are a one
minute drive from the Braintree `T` Station. Workout before or after your
commute.
If
you drive from Boston, just get off the highway, drive two minutes and spend
an hour here doing something good for yourself. Route 3 is a mess at rush
hour. Workout, shower, relax, grab a meal replacement shake and then head
home. THE TRAFFIC WILL BE GONE. Just think, in the time you would have wasted
sitting in traffic - your workout will be done.
