Bayshore`s Fitness Instruction Staff is here to help eliminate the stress and confusion that can often surround the decision to undertake a fitness program. Our training sessions focus on the basics of weight training and cardiovascular activity. Prior to your training sessions, we assess your individual needs and fitness level and tailor the program accordingly. After your training sessions, our staff is confident that you will be racing full speed ahead towards your fitness goals.
