The club is bigger than a football field and it`s packed
with state of the art fitness equipment. You will never have to wait. You
will always be able to do your workout. Bayshore`s floor plan
supports every type and level of work.

There are three individual, complete circuits which is
perfect for beginners or may be integrated into advanced work. The circuit
area has been intentionally separated from the rest of the equipment so
that your workout is not interrupted.

We have designed the gym so that every body part has its
own designated area. In addition, the areas are placed adjacent to the body
part area that is most likely to be worked in combination.

The enormous free weight area is completely separate
from the machine area. It includes 220 feet of dumbbells and 53 utility
benches. You never wait!

For the serious lifter who requires heavy weight there
is a heavy dumbbell area. Dumbbells range from 50 to 160 lbs. in this area.

There are two cardio areas with 85 pieces of cardio
equipment.
|

The boxing area has a variety of bags to suit every
need. This area is open for anyone that just wants to hit the bag. We also
have group boxing classes and one-on-one training.

The Judo area is fully padded and program based.
|
|
There are two studios. The main Studio A is 3200 sq. ft.
Studio B, 1100 sq. ft., is more intimate and is perfect for Pilates and
Yoga
|

Dedicated cycle studio is outfitted with 21 Schwinn
Bikes. The studio contains its own sound system. Classes are offered in
both the morning and evenings.
