2017 FITNESS SCHEDULE
Cycling is an endurance workout with intervals of various intensities to challenge the body. Class is performed on a stationary, fly wheel bike. It is designed for both the beginner and advanced cyclers. The intensity of your ride is under your control. This allows you to exercise at your own maximum capacity.
Burn 500 to 1000 calories in a 1 hour class.
Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout.
The class involves a combination of punches and kicks in repetition to produce mastery of the form and the ultimate cardio workout.
Kickboxing if fun! There is no contact and no bags, or gloves.
It is a killer workout for sure!
This intermediate/advanced class combines high intensity training with muscle conditioning. Come prepared to work hard and be pushed to your highest potential!
